Challenge:
To increase sales of promotional lines through a national chain of hire shops and drive up margin.
Result:
We introduced a promotional calendar, sourced seasonally relevant products plus designed a new range of POS and flyers to help sell more ‘add-on’ products. As a result, the first two products delivered £30k sales at 43% margin within the four weeks. The promotional activity continued to grow and deliver increased sales and improved the margin up to 54%.
